About the Role
Join our team and help us support the people who create music. We are looking for a working student for Project Coordination SAP Integration (m/f/d) for 20 hours per week at our Berlin location.
Responsibilities
- Act as the first point of contact for all questions and concerns regarding the new system.
- Undertake general organizational tasks within the project.
- Create Purchase Orders.
- Monitor workflows, identify areas for improvement, and implement them.
- Maintain data quality for the new system.
- Create instructions and checklists for knowledge transfer.
Requirements
- Currently enrolled in a degree program, ideally related to IT, Business Informatics, Business Administration, or a similar field.
- Enjoy working with new software.
- Previous experience with SAP is a plus.
- Strong communication and service-oriented approach.
- Fluent in German (spoken and written).
- Very good English skills are nice to have.
- Reliable and highly motivated.
