About the Role

Support our insolvency administrators in processing consumer and corporate insolvency proceedings, particularly concerning real estate matters. This role involves organizing and managing real estate transactions up to closing, guiding external service providers in asset management, and evaluating properties.

Responsibilities

  • Support insolvency administrators in processing consumer and corporate insolvency proceedings, particularly concerning real estate matters.
  • Organize and manage real estate transactions up to closing.
  • Guide and supervise external service providers (asset management).
  • Determine and evaluate real estate and other immovable assets.
  • Develop real estate disposal strategies.
  • Monitor budgets.
  • Handle property management from A to Z.
  • Independently handle correspondence.

Requirements

  • Ideally, completed training as a legal assistant, tax assistant, or comparable qualification (commercial or legal training) with a focus on real estate law.
  • Relevant professional experience in property management and/or asset management.
  • Initial professional experience in insolvency administration is desirable; however, career starters and career changers are also welcome.
  • Proficient in MS Office applications; knowledge of winsolvenz p4 and LEXolution, as well as accounting software, is ideal.
  • Reliable, team-oriented, proactive, resilient, and works very meticulously.
  • Ability to focus on the essentials even during peak periods and react flexibly to new situations in insolvency administration.
