About the Role
As a member of the Data Science team, you will develop in-house solutions that automate decision-making and provide business insights. Working within cross-functional agile squads, you will design and develop data science products, deliver high-quality analyses, and contribute to team upskilling.

Requirements
- Degree in a mathematical, statistical, or STEM discipline
- Track record of contributing to value-driving data science projects in a commercial setting
- Experience writing production-grade code using Python and SQL
- Strong presentation skills and business acumen
- Ability to explain complex topics to non-technical audiences
- Ability to work independently using initiative
- Strong statistical foundation in regression, hypothesis testing, and experimental design
- Proficiency in sklearn and tree-based models
- Highly proficient in Git best practices
- Experience working in cloud environments such as Azure, AWS, or GCP
