About the Role
NielsenIQ is seeking a Salesperson with over 7 years of experience selling data-driven research, products, or services to the buy-side investment community. The ideal candidate is passionate about capital markets, data, and technology, and comfortable interacting with prospects both in person and over the phone.
Responsibilities
- Systematically call and email prospects to market NielsenIQ’s products.
- Manage a new business pipeline from initial conversation to sale closure.
- Gather market intelligence to contribute to new product development.
- Provide internal reports to management as required.
- Participate in ongoing training and developmental programs.
Requirements
- A minimum of 7+ years of experience selling data-driven research, products, or services to the buy-side investment community.
- Outstanding verbal, written, and presentation skills.
- Ability to communicate clearly and effectively.
- Manage the sales process through targeted phone calls, one-on-one meetings, and group presentations.
- Proficient with Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel, and Word.
- A high level of motivation, drive to take initiative, and ability to work independently and as a team member.
- Strong business development experience with the ability to sell into and represent the firm at all levels within a financial services organization.
- Proven ability to maintain a high level of activity to reach aggressive sales goals.
- Ability to work with minimum supervision with structure, focus, and determination.
- Demonstrates a strong results orientation and commitment to achieving business objectives.
- Manages workload effectively to meet role responsibilities and deadlines.
- Highly goal-oriented with strong attention to detail.
- Exhibits a strong sense of accountability and service orientation.

- USD 117,250.00 - USD 145,000.00 yearly
