About the Role
The Operations Coordinator will be responsible for the successful and cost-effective execution of local projects, enhancing and retaining the local database of Evaluators.
Responsibilities
- Handle the process of Evaluators acquisition for forecasted missions.
- Ensure proper scheduling and execution of fieldwork projects.
- Verify that field surveys are electronically submitted on time and meet company standards.
- Conduct surveys screening and validation.
- Set appropriate pay rates for evaluations while ensuring operational margin targets are met.
- Contribute to the optimization of the Evaluators Database and ensure data is updated.
- Maintain healthy relationships with Evaluators.
- Ensure the finance team has all necessary evaluator payment details for timely payments.
Requirements
- Diploma in Administration, Business, Management, or relevant field.
- 1-2 years of proven Retail/Project Coordination experience and/or Client Servicing.
- Native level Japanese language proficiency.
- Excellent communication skills in English.
- Social media/Tech savvy (personal or professional).
- Microsoft Office skills required.
- Interest/experience in social media outreach and community management.
- Excellent organizing skills to coordinate project activities.
- Ability to multitask and manage time well.
- Resourceful, proactive, and possess a problem-solving mindset.
