About the Role
As a fleet dispatcher, you will contribute to the efficient and reliable delivery of our customers through the dispatch of the in-house and external fleet.
Responsibilities
- Manage the processing of outbound goods and ensure optimal utilization of our vehicles.
- Ensure and control the adherence to specified quality and service indicators in temperature-controlled food transport, as well as legal regulations (e.g., driving times).
- Optimize operational processes through your fleet management knowledge.
- Serve as a point of contact for customers and employees regarding logistical questions.
Requirements
- Completed vocational training in logistics or retail (e.g., Kaufmann for Spedition und Logistikdienstleistung (m/f/d), Fachkraft für Lagerlogistik (m/f/d), Kaufmann for Groß- und Außenhandelsmanagement (m/f/d)).
- Several years of professional experience in tour planning and optimization.
- Ideally, experience in personnel management and planning for small teams.
- Act responsibly and maintain an overview even in stressful situations.
- A driver's license class C/CE is an advantage, but not a requirement.
