About the Role

Solution Engineer with deep JavaScript, HTML, and Web development experience. This is a client-facing role where you will be the point person for enterprise clients in the region, helping them maximize value from the Moneythor solution. You will also collaborate with business development, product, and engineering teams to identify product enhancements and sales opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic, operational, and deep technical expertise to execute Moneythor’s Customer Success vision.
• Assist digital banking clients and address their ongoing technical & functional questions.
• Act as the technical go-to person for the customer success organization.
• Leverage deep HTML, JavaScript, Web development, SQL, and Java skills to customize client implementations.
• Play an evangelist role with clients on existing and/or new features of the solution.
• Maximize platform adoption/engagement and drive new business growth through greater advocacy and reference-ability.
• Understand and analyze client business requirements, and help implement, test, package, and ensure timely and accurate solution delivery.
• Partner with business development, product, and engineering teams in pre-sales, onboarding, and client-retention activities.
• Maintain in-depth understanding of the platform and provide vetted, impactful customer feedback to the product team.
• Use a case tracking system to manage information, questions, and answers for every client-driven request.
• Identify potential opportunities to extend client relationships and ensure these are passed on to appropriate team members.
• Maintain expert professional knowledge about the market and developments in the digital banking industry.
• Respond to service disruptions/incidents as part of internal incident procedures.
• Ensure accurate and timely completion of all projects and requests.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience working in a CSM/Solution Engineer role, or as a client-facing technical and business analyst with involvement in project implementation, pre-sales, and support activities.
• Hands-on technical experience with JavaScript, HTML, Java, SQL, Web, and database technologies.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Ability to work on multiple client accounts autonomously with little or no management oversight.
