About the Role

This role is crucial for monitoring investor requests, ensuring timely follow-up, and supporting central investor communications and reporting, primarily focusing on private credit products.
Responsibilities
- Monitor investor requests and ensure timely follow-up.
- Draft and issue key investor deliverables.
- Support central investor communications and reporting.
- Assist with event preparation and execution.
- Facilitate client events such as due diligence meetings and audits.
- Analyze investor requests received in Japanese to ensure a clear understanding of requirements.
- Gather and assess company and product information to draft accurate responses to investor inquiries.
- Collaborate with senior team members and product specialists to respond to complex inquiries.
- Follow up on requests from Japanese investors sent directly to Business Development and Investment teams.
- Support firmwide investor events, maintenance of firmwide information, and creation of marketing materials.
- Assist the RFP team in preparing responses to Japanese client due diligence questionnaires and RFPs/RFIs.
- Continuously deepen personal knowledge of the BSP business and develop a strong understanding of its products and company information.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of prior work experience, preferably in investor relations or a client service role within financial services.
- Native-level Japanese and fluent English communication skills, both written and spoken.
- Process-focused, with the ability to follow established procedures and workflows.
- Strong attention to detail, with a focus on accuracy and precision.
- Customer-focused, with a commitment to providing excellent service.
- Ability to maintain a positive work environment by communicating effectively with colleagues.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively while meeting tight deadlines in a collaborative manner.
Skills
- Understanding of credit strategies and private credit products.
- Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.
- Experience with Salesforce, MSD, or other CRM tools is a plus.
