About the Role

This role involves collecting, preparing, and aggregating technical raw data related to production. Responsibilities

  • Collect, prepare, and aggregate production-related technical raw data.
  • Visually present complex data for presentation purposes.
  • Compare planned and actual key figures for performance analysis.
  • Analyze production-related data, derive recommendations, and identify optimization potential.
  • Create comprehensive reports for internal and external production.
  • Build, develop, and adapt performant data structures, especially relational databases.
  • Ensure fault-tolerant, reliable, and scalable work processes.
  • Use VBA to automate manual workflows and improve process stability.
  • Collaborate closely with other staff departments.

Requirements

  • Completed commercial apprenticeship, business studies degree, or relevant professional experience in controlling or a similar field.
  • Advanced MS Excel skills and experience handling large datasets.
  • Proficient in relational databases and SQL.
  • Programming skills in VBA.
  • High affinity for numbers, strong analytical thinking, and creativity in data visualization.
  • Ability to learn quickly and continuously update knowledge.
  • Confident demeanor, strong communication skills, and ability for cross-departmental collaboration.
  • Responsible handling of competencies and high decision-making ability.
