About the Role
Pfizer is seeking new talent for a dual study program, combining academic learning with practical experience to provide a perfect launchpad for your career. The program focuses on Business Administration and International Industrial Management.
Responsibilities
- Gain practical insights at the Pfizer site in Berlin.
- Alternate between theory and practice phases, typically every 3 months.
- Learn about the Marketing, Purchasing, Sales, Materials Management, IT, HR, and Finance departments.
- Actively participate in daily business and projects.
- Attend conferences and trade fairs.
- Communicate with internal stakeholders, agencies, doctors, and pharmacists.
- Learn about Pfizer's different therapeutic areas.
- Gain insights into pharmaceutical industry processes.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent (Fachabitur/Abitur) with good grades in German, Math, and English.
- Interest in economic topics and the pharmaceutical industry.
- Extracurricular engagement and initial MS Office experience.
- Strong communication skills, including in English.
- Goal-oriented work ethic, high learning capacity, and teamwork skills.
- Submit a cover letter, CV, and the last two school reports.

Salary/Compensations
- Attractive training remuneration according to the collective agreement of the chemical industry Berlin (West), €1,224 in the first year of training.
