About the Role

Responsibilities
- Manage stock, inventory, and understand food cost control.
- Have a basic understanding of the group's artistic direction and standards.
- Ensure quality control and oversee mise en place, with strong knowledge of hygiene and food safety regulations.
- Manage the pass and coordinate service operations.
- Demonstrate solid knowledge of culinary fundamentals and techniques, accurately reproduce recipes, and possess expertise in fresh pasta preparation.
- Train and mentor junior team members, support onboarding processes, and foster team motivation and engagement.
