About the Role
This role offers a fantastic opportunity for an early-career finance professional to join a fast-paced team and gain exposure to the financial drivers of the business. As a finance analyst, you will analyze business numbers, build reports, support monthly financial close processes, and uncover insights to aid business decisions. The ideal candidate is a curious, detail-oriented analyst who enjoys working with data and understanding business performance drivers. They should be organized, comfortable with deadlines, and motivated to build analytical and commercial finance skills while supporting stakeholders.
Responsibilities
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly financial reports and support the monthly board reporting process.
- Support trade analysis, communicating insights against budgets and forecasts, providing variance analysis, and highlighting risks and opportunities.
- Challenge business assumptions with data-driven recommendations to improve profitability.
- Build and maintain financial models to evaluate sales, margin, and cost performance.
- Deliver accurate financial analysis to support Finance Business Partners and business decision-making.
- Support the budgeting, forecasting, and planning processes.
- Deliver month-end close activities, including preparation of accruals and correct cost recognition across cost centres.

- Ability to communicate financial information to non-financial stakeholders.
- Interest in developing a career in commercial finance / finance business partnering.
