About the Role
3C Deutschland is a leading technology partner in digital claims management for insurance companies in the DACH region. Our platform manages the entire claims process, from reporting to final settlement, creating transparency, efficiency, and process security. Currently in a dynamic growth and internationalization phase under the umbrella of the Berlin-based private equity fund FLEX Capital.
Responsibilities
- Review contractor offers, invoices, and damage documents for residential and property damage.
- Assess roof and building damage using photos, documents, and digital records.
- Validate repair scopes, material items, and costs.
- Coordinate with contractors, restorers, and customers when documents or information are missing.
- Process claims using our internal systems.
- Collaborate with the team in assessing adjacent trades.
Requirements
- Completed training as a roofer, ideally with a master craftsman's certificate.
- Several years of professional experience in the roofing trade (ideally 5+ years).
- Proficient PC user with standard office applications (Word, Excel).
- Good communication skills for interaction with contractors and customers.
- Quick comprehension, structured, reliable, and team-oriented work style.
