About the Role

The Food & Beverage (F&B) Coordinator supports the Director of F&B (DFB) with the coordination of all operational departmental needs. You will drive Learning, Development and Legal Compliance, hotel campaigns – such as Blue Energy and Make it Right and assist with administration tasks advised by the DFB. This role involves professional communication, guidance for internal applications, and ad-hoc tasks. This is a unique and rare opportunity to work in a fast-paced, high-learning, career-growing position in hospitality within the operations of a big box, iconic hotel.

Responsibilities

Coordinate all operational departmental needs for the Director of F&B.
Drive Learning, Development, and Legal Compliance.
Manage hotel campaigns such as Blue Energy and Make it Right.
Assist with administration tasks as advised by the DFB.
Handle a variety of administrative and operational tasks.
Provide professional communication and guidance for internal applications.
Perform ad-hoc tasks as needed.
