エルゼビア ヘルス部門では、病院・大学との戦略的パートナーシップを推進するアカウントマネージャーを募集しています。本ポジションでは、医療従事者の意思決定を支える情報・教育ソリューションを通じて、日本の医療の質向上に貢献します。また、海外マネジメントとの顧客訪問やグローバルチームとの連携、海外で開催されるSales Conferenceへの参加など、日常的にグローバルな視点を養える環境です。担当エリアの営業戦略を主体的に立案できる裁量の大きなポジションであり、将来的にチームマネジメントやビジネスリードに挑戦したい方にとって、大きな成長機会があります。
Responsibilities
- 設定された売上目標の達成
- 顧客ニーズに基づいた営業戦略の策定・実行
- ターゲット顧客の開拓および維持
- パイプライン管理および営業活動の報告
- ヘルスソリューションズの営業戦略構築への参画
- 市場分析を通じた新規ビジネス機会の発掘
- 競合情報の収集・分析および戦略への反映
- 売上予測および主要アカウントの分析
- 成功事例やナレッジの社内共有
- CRMの更新・管理
- 経費や契約関連の適切な管理
- 顧客組織内外のステークホルダーとの関係構築
- 電話・訪問・イベントなどによる継続的な接点創出
- 新規顧客開拓活動
- 開発・マーケティング部門との連携による提案強化
- カスタマーサクセスチームと連携したアフターサポート
- 市場フィードバックの収集・プロダクト改善への貢献
Requirements
- 大学卒業以上
- 3年以上の法人営業経験 （特にIT・金融など無形商材の営業経験）
- 英語力：初級〜中級レベル以上 （グローバル資料・社内システムは英語使用）
Skills
- ヘルスケア業界での営業経験
- Eラーニングやデジタルソリューションの営業経験
- 無形商材の提案営業経験
- 柔軟性があり、チームワークを重視できる方
