About the Role

We are seeking an Account Manager to drive strategic partnerships with hospitals and universities across Japan, contributing to improving healthcare outcomes by delivering trusted information and education solutions that support clinical decision-making. This role offers a highly global environment with opportunities for collaboration with international teams and participation in global Sales Conferences, along with strong ownership of territory strategies and a clear pathway toward future leadership.

Responsibilities

  • Achieve assigned sales targets
  • Develop and execute customer-centric sales strategies
  • Build and maintain target account pipelines
  • Manage pipeline activity and report sales progress
  • Contribute to overall Health Solutions sales strategy
  • Identify new opportunities through market analysis
  • Monitor and analyze competitors
  • Forecast sales performance
  • Track and assess key account health (financials, infrastructure, etc.)
  • Share success stories and best practices internally
  • Maintain accurate CRM records
  • Ensure proper expense and contract management
  • Build multi-level relationships within client organizations
  • Engage regularly with customers through meetings, calls, and events
  • Proactively generate new business opportunities
  • Collaborate with product and marketing teams to communicate value
  • Partner with Customer Success to support post-sale activities
  • Provide market feedback to support product development

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or above
  • Minimum 3 years of B2B sales experience (preferably in IT, financial services, or other intangible solutions)
  • Basic to intermediate English proficiency (global materials and systems are in English)

Skills

  • Healthcare industry sales experience
  • E-learning or digital solutions sales experience
  • Solution-based / intangible sales experience
  • Strong teamwork mindset and adaptability
