About the Role

This position is responsible for operational tasks within the Sales Service Operation team, including order processing, purchasing, shipping, and invoicing. The role requires accurate and stable operational execution based on ERP (SyteLine) and Standard Operating Procedures (SOP). It involves proactively learning global information and processes, with an emphasis on continuous improvement and efficiency. Beyond administrative tasks, the role requires identifying challenges and contributing to better operational workflows.

Responsibilities

  • Order entry and sales processing
  • Purchasing from domestic and international suppliers
  • Invoice creation, issuance, and processing
  • Responding to customer and internal inquiries via phone, email, and Teams
  • Handling all sales and service-related operational tasks
  • Managing shipping instructions
  • Executing tasks using SyteLine
  • Visualizing order, invoicing, and purchasing processes
  • Reviewing and reducing tasks performed manually or with Excel
  • Standardizing and improving operational workflows
  • Participating in other operational improvement projects
  • Maintaining accuracy of order, sales, and invoicing data
  • Managing progress and status within SyteLine
  • Identifying operational issues and proposing improvements

Requirements

  • Experience in sales administration, order processing, or related fields
  • Understanding of basic business workflows (order to invoice process)
  • Accuracy, sense of responsibility, and operational execution ability
  • Proactive attitude towards hands-on work
  • Experience using ERP systems (e.g., SAP, SyteLine)
  • Experience in order processing (manufacturer/trading company)
  • Experience in business improvement and efficiency enhancement
  • Experience in creating SOPs or standardizing operations
  • Experience moving away from Excel/manual-centric operations
