About the Role
As a working student, you will become a vital part of our team, contributing ideas, building real-world software, shaping core features, and learning hands-on. You will have the opportunity to work on front-end, back-end, or data engineering aspects of our products.
Responsibilities
- Build and polish product features in our Vue3/TypeScript front-end and Node.js back-end.
- Build and maintain HL7 v2 and FHIR integrations with hospital systems.
- Write and extend tests (unit, integration) to maintain quality and compliance.
- Improve developer experience by enhancing build scripts, documentation, and workflows.
- Participate in code reviews and architecture sessions to learn best practices.
- Contribute to projects involving Natural Language Processing and Medical Data Science.
Requirements
- Enrolled in a relevant Bachelor's or Master's program (e.g., Computer Science, Medical Informatics).
- Able to work 16-20 hours per week during the semester.
- Demonstrated experience through projects, internships, or coursework.
- Ability to navigate unfamiliar codebases independently.
- Independent problem-solving skills with the ability to ask for help when needed.
