About the Role

We are a owner-managed real estate company with over 30 years of experience in our own portfolio. We are looking for reliable support for the maintenance of our apartment buildings. Our properties are predominantly old buildings in Prenzlauer Berg, where our office is also located, from which we manage our properties and tenants with dedication.

Responsibilities

• Cleaning of staircases and common areas
• Maintenance of entrance areas and outdoor spaces
• Ensuring cleanliness and order
• Independent organization of permanently assigned properties

Requirements

• Reliable and meticulous way of working
• Independent work and sense of responsibility
• Friendly demeanor

Skills

• First experience in cleaning is an advantage, but not a requirement
