About the Role

As a Technical Property Manager, you will be responsible for the technical support of commercial and residential properties, including regular inspections, managing repairs and maintenance, and overseeing external facility services. You will also negotiate contracts, manage tenders, create technical reports, and handle annual budget planning for maintenance measures.

Responsibilities

• Technical support of commercial and residential properties
• Regular inspection and building walk-throughs
• Commissioning, managing, and accepting repairs, maintenance, and upkeep work
• Managing and monitoring external facility services in infrastructural and technical building management
• Negotiating maintenance, supply, and disposal contracts
• Execution, coordination, and monitoring of tenders, bid, and order processing
• Creation of technical reports and documentation
• Annual budget creation and planning for maintenance measures (CAPEX and OPEX) as well as measure tracking (actual-vs-planned comparison)

Requirements

• Technical training in the real estate sector (e.g., training as a real estate agent, electrician, mechanic), preferably also a completed degree (Business Administration, Real Estate Economics, Real Estate Management, Bachelor, Master)
• Several years of professional experience in the technical support of properties
• Confident use of MS Office applications
• Responsible, independent, proactive, and team-oriented work as well as a structured and results-oriented approach
• Strong communication skills & good German language skills in speaking and writing
• Valid driver's license class B
• Quick comprehension, commitment, flexibility, and a strong hands-on mentality with a high sense of responsibility
