About the Role
This position will be responsible for direct sourcing for Japan open positions and scheduling interviews. It offers an opportunity to learn corporate recruiting from the ground up within a global recruiting unit of a fast-growing, billion-dollar company.
Responsibilities
- Source, engage and recruit talents via various platforms
- Build and maintain talents (active and passive) pipeline
- Design and execute recruitment strategies, including employer branding, to establish talent pipelines
- Develop and maintain professional relationships with talents and hiring managers
- Manage recruiter relationships, strengthen ties to key recruiter partners, and source and open new recruiters
- Perform any other ad-hoc duties as assigned
Requirements
- At least 8 years of direct recruiting / in-house Recruiter experience
- Strong written and verbal communication
- A positive, can-do attitude
- Good team player and able to work independently
- Proficient with standard business tools (email, voicemail, MS Office 365, etc.)
