About the Role

Join our sales team as a career changer, no prior experience required. Responsibilities

Contact prospective clients by phone, maintaining professional, friendly, and engaging conversations.
Qualify potential customers to assess need, timing, and fit.
Assist strategy consultants with pre- and post-meeting preparation.
Coordinate appointments and ensure all information is meticulously prepared.
Actively follow up on contacts and consistently address open issues.
Document conversations systematically within the CRM and adhere to established processes.
Occasionally support trade fairs, seminars, or similar events for new client acquisition.

Requirements

No prior sales experience necessary; career changers are explicitly welcome.
Demonstrated willingness to learn and reliable execution of tasks.
Ability to follow clear processes and perform work with high attention to detail.
Communicate in a friendly, precise, and reliable manner.
Possess a pleasant, calm voice and a professional demeanor.
Maintain structured performance even under pressure.
Excellent command of German, both written and spoken.
A completed vocational training is helpful but not required.
Initial experience in sales, recruiting, customer contact, or appointment setting is advantageous but not mandatory.
Ability to speak confidently and clearly with prospects in German.
