About the Role

We are the Happy Immo Club, and our mission is clear: to empower more women to build a self-determined life and passive income through real estate. We create content that inspires, educates, and motivates action. We are looking for you to bring our content to life through Reels, Stories, Ads, and other engaging formats. You will collaborate closely with the team, receive clear briefs, and execute them creatively and independently, utilizing AI tools to enhance speed, quality, and creativity.

Responsibilities

Produce new content formats regularly (e.g., multiple Reels/Stories per week).
Assist with video shoots and photo sessions (on-site in Berlin).
Edit and process content (e.g., for Ads & Instagram).
Implement and send out newsletters.
Build and maintain landing pages.
Engage with our community (e.g., Instagram, WhatsApp etc.).
Utilize AI tools for hook and caption ideas, video scripts, and faster content production.

Requirements

A good sense for social media & content.
Ability to edit videos and implement creative ideas.
Work independently and reliably based on clear briefs, contributing own creative ideas.
Willingness to implement tasks proactively rather than just planning.
Organized and able to maintain an overview.
Open to AI-assisted work (or have initial experience).
Ideally interested in topics like finance, real estate, or personal development.
