About the Role
This role sits at the intersection of strategy and execution, building the operating system that holds together a legal AI company structured as both a law firm and a technology company. You will work directly with founders across key functions, shaping the company's growth.
Responsibilities
- Build and manage internal operating systems including finance, HR, compliance, and vendor management.
- Own financial reporting, budgeting, and cash flow management.
- Develop KPIs, dashboards, and reporting to track team performance.
- Lead cross-functional projects spanning the law firm and technology company.
- Manage relationships with external partners.
- Identify and resolve operational bottlenecks.
- Support fundraising operations, including strategy, data rooms, investor reporting, and financial materials.
Requirements
- 4-7 years in consulting, business operations, strategy, or a chief of staff role.
- Experience in top-tier consulting and startups is a strong plus.
- Comfortable switching between diverse tasks.
- Ability to see how things connect and build scalable processes.
- Proven ability to execute and drive action.
- Strong judgment and prioritization skills in a resource-constrained environment.
