Responsibilities

• Provide clinical leadership and oversight to the private nursing team.
• Ensure care is thoughtfully matched to the client’s needs and preferences.
• Coordinate rotas to ensure continuity and safety of care.
• Oversee medication logistics.
• Manage stock and equipment to support seamless service delivery.
• Apply care plans, risk assessments, and policies consistently and to the highest standard.
• Communicate clearly and empathetically with families, clinicians, and suppliers to build trusted relationships and enable personalized care.

Requirements

• An Adult Nursing degree with an active NMC pin.
• Proven ITU / critical care experience, including competencies in tracheostomy and ventilation.
• Experience leading or managing clinical teams.
• Experience delivering care in a community or home-based setting.
• Proficiency in delivering excellent customer service.
• Ability to provide care in various settings.
• The right to work in the UK.
