About the Role

Cotality is seeking an Operations and Vendor Management professional to manage and improve daily offshore operations and vendor performance for a high-volume residential tax payment business unit. The role focuses on maintaining service quality, hitting contractual targets, and enhancing workflow efficiency.

Responsibilities

  • Monitor daily operations of international/offshore teams to ensure adherence to standard procedures and quality metrics.
  • Serve as the primary contact for resolving daily operational issues between vendors and internal teams.
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams, client expectations, and government agency rules for tax payment cycles.
  • Track SLAs and contractual targets to ensure business commitments are met.
  • Analyze operational data to identify trends, generate performance reports, and highlight processing bottlenecks.
  • Conduct root cause analysis for process failures and implement corrective actions.
  • Develop and update Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and process maps.
  • Lead Lean/Six Sigma projects to reduce waste and improve high-volume workflows.

Requirements

  • 5+ years in business process operations, vendor management, or high-volume shared services.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Operations, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • Foundational data analysis skills.
  • Operational governance experience.
  • Advanced Excel proficiency (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUPs).
  • Cross-functional relationship building skills.
  • Task prioritization abilities.
  • Cross-border communication skills.
