About the Role
Silver Lining Funding is seeking a Licensed Loan Officer for a flexible hybrid role in Hauppauge, New York. This position offers cutting-edge technology, hands-on training, and dedicated support to help you originate conventional, FHA, VA, and other residential mortgage products.
Responsibilities
- Originate residential mortgage loans (conventional, FHA, VA, USDA, and other programs)
- Build and maintain client relationships through proactive outreach and exceptional service
- Utilize the IC ALL CRM to manage your pipeline, track leads, and automate client communication
- Collaborate with our processing team and support staff to ensure timely closings
- Stay current on loan products, rates, and industry regulations
- Meet or exceed monthly production goals
Requirements
- Active NMLS license
- Minimum 1 year of mortgage origination experience preferred
- Knowledge of conventional, FHA, VA, and USDA loan programs
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Comfortable working in a hybrid environment (remote + in-office)
- Tech-savvy — willing to fully leverage our CRM and digital tools
