About the Role
As a Team Assistant in Administration, you will handle a variety of administrative tasks, including managing office supplies, coordinating mail and shipments, tracking time-sensitive documents, maintaining office order, assisting with organizational processes, covering reception and switchboard duties during absences, handling travel bookings, acting as a contact for facility management, and maintaining master data. This role offers direct customer contact and a varied range of tasks.
Responsibilities
- Managing and procuring office supplies and consumables
- Coordinating incoming and outgoing mail, courier services, and package shipments
- Retrieving, recording, and monitoring time-sensitive documents
- Maintaining office order and supporting organizational processes
- Covering reception and switchboard duties during illness and vacation
- Making travel arrangements
- Serving as the contact person for facility management
- Maintaining master data
Requirements
- Completed commercial apprenticeship, ideally with initial professional experience in a comparable position
- Excellent knowledge of Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Organizational skills, a structured and solution-oriented approach to work
- Strong communication skills, teamwork ability, and a positive attitude
- Enjoyment of working with people and a varied range of tasks with direct customer contact
- Very good German and English language skills
- Ideally, experience in the administration of a tax consultancy, auditing, or law firm
- Knowledge of DATEV is an advantage
