About the Role

You'll be responsible for shipping features that customers love, taking a feature from idea to production. This role requires deep thinking about user interaction and close collaboration with customers to understand their workflows and build delightful product surfaces for AI agents. It's a hands-on, high-autonomy position where you will identify needs, talk to customers, and build solutions end-to-end.

• Build internal tools that let a very small team ship extremely fast.
• Build features that integrate AI agents into real customer workflows with great UX.

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of experience in software engineering.
• Proven ability to ship features end to end, from backend to frontend.
• Strong full-stack engineering skills with good product intuition and taste.
• Customer-obsessed - think about how users will actually use what you build and design accordingly.
• High ownership, high agency - own the outcomes, not just the code.
• Fast learner who actively adopts new tools and frameworks.
