About the Role
Matis is seeking its first US Growth Manager to lead the expansion of its client and partner base in the United States. This strategic role involves launching a new market from the ground up, requiring a passion for art, investing, and growth marketing. The position is based in New York City with collaboration with the Paris headquarters.
Responsibilities
- Drive the launch of marketing acquisition channels in the US to generate qualified B2C and B2B leads.
- Acquire approximately 200 direct US clients in the first 12 months.
- Secure approximately 30 US partnerships in the first 12 months (RIAs, family offices, wealth advisors).
- Create market-relevant content for B2B and B2C audiences in the US to support customer acquisition and build Matis's reputation.
- Develop a US version of the Matis website.
- Write commercial content for B2B and B2C audiences, including emails, newsletters, sales brochures, and social media posts.
- Create digital assets on works invested in by Matis.
- Lead PR strategy to generate visibility in key US media.
- Plan and run B2B and B2C client events.
- Build direct partnerships and affiliations with US websites, newsletters, and influencers.
- Optimize organic and paid Search for the US market (SEO, SEM, paid social).
- Track and analyze marketing performance.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree required.
- 3+ years of demonstrable success in performance/growth marketing, including managing a marketing budget.
- Hands-on experience across PR, partnerships, event marketing, and SEO/SEM.
- Strong command of marketing KPIs (leads, conversions, capital raised, CPL, CAC, ROI).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Highly organized, with the ability to manage multiple workstreams independently.
- Sensibility for art and investing; intellectually curious and eager to learn.

- Performance-based bonus targeted at 15%–20% of base
