About the Role
At Furniture Bank, every piece of furniture collected generates revenue that moves a family out of displacement and into a home. As a Sales Associate, you are a storyteller, a closer, and the frontline of our social enterprise, converting inquiries into revenue that funds charitable programs.
Responsibilities
- Convert inquiries into revenue that funds charitable programs.
- Manage high-volume phone, email, and text interactions.
- Educate customers about the importance of their furniture removal appointment.
- Juggle live phone calls, respond to texts, and clear an inbox simultaneously.
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in fast-paced inbound sales (phone, SMS, and email).
- Salesforce CRM proficiency, or demonstrated ability to learn a CRM quickly.
- Proven track record of hitting targets in a role where the close matters.
- Dedicated, quiet home workspace with reliable internet.
- Comfort with technology and an openness to learning AI tools.
