About the Role
This position serves as the primary interface between the Disbursements department and internal/external customers, owning service expectations for disbursement-related activities and identifying improvements to maximize operational efficiency.
Responsibilities
- Represent the Disbursements function by challenging business and process owners to improve operational efficiency.
- Provide day-to-day guidance and troubleshooting support.
- Act as the key person for escalation of disbursements-related issues.
- Manage relationships with key business contacts.
- Implement effective communication mechanisms to meet customer and supplier expectations.
- Shape, drive, and deliver the team’s operational and strategic goals.
- Understand customer needs and develop plans to address them.
- Identify and resolve complex business problems requiring in-depth analysis.
- Utilize technology to leverage resources and complete tasks efficiently.
- Participate in business projects.
- Collaborate with teammates and initiate ideas for process improvements.
