About the Role

Our stores are the life and soul of our business, acting as the main touch points with our consumer base. The Sales Associate plays a key role in achieving high standards by ensuring a first-class experience and setting the tone for our brands.

Responsibilities

• Ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent service
• Acting as the first point of contact for authorizing discounts and resolving customer queries
• Demonstrating in-depth product knowledge as a brand ambassador
• Building and maintaining professional relationships with customers
• Providing outfit building and product recommendations
• Assessing customer needs and providing assistance and information on product features
• Driving store KPIs and suggesting improvements
• Ensuring shop and stock room maintenance, presentation, and organization are addressed

Requirements

• Previous track record within hospitality or retail
