About the Role
Texas Sports Academy Flag Football is launching a national-caliber program for serious girls flag football players. As Head Coach, you will lead the program, set the culture, and develop athletes both on and off the field, preparing them for collegiate and professional opportunities.
Responsibilities
- Recruit the founding roster of 10-15 elite student-athletes from your network.
- Lead daily flag football training sessions from approximately 11:30 am to 3:30 pm on school days.
- Develop each player's skills to their maximum potential.
- Design and manage a competitive game schedule in collaboration with the Strategic Advisor.
- Lead Life Skills workshops focused on NIL opportunities, public speaking, financial literacy, and brand building.
- Assist in creating flag football course content, webinars, and video shoots.
Requirements
- Proven flag football coach or pro-level player with experience leading and developing 6th-12th grade girls.
- Deep connections within the women's/girls flag football community for recruitment.
- Ability to build a positive culture and serve as a trusted role model.
- Comfortable presenting on camera and in front of groups.
- Driven to measurably improve athletes and instill confidence.

- $5,000 National Top 10 Bonus
