About the Role
We are seeking a passionate, growth-oriented, and strategically thinking Clinical Development Lead to join our Clinical Development team based in Tokyo. You will lead the planning and execution of clinical development strategies for assigned products in Japan. This role involves collaborating with internal and external stakeholders, managing regulatory affairs, preparing submission documents, and building networks with external experts to contribute to product success.
Responsibilities
- Lead the planning and execution of clinical development plans in Japan.
- Manage regulatory affairs and support the preparation of submission documents.
- Build and maintain networks with external experts.
- Oversee the design, execution, evaluation, and reporting of clinical trials.
- Explain and coordinate strategies with internal and external stakeholders.
- Contribute clinically to regulatory submissions, approvals, and market launches.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in life sciences or healthcare (Master's, Ph.D., M.D., or PharmD preferred).
- Over 5 years of clinical development experience in the pharmaceutical industry.
- Experience managing multiple clinical trials concurrently.
- Experience with regulatory affairs and preparation of submission documents.
- Excellent communication skills in both Japanese and English.
- Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities.
- Team leadership experience in a matrix environment.
- Submit Japanese and English resumes in one file.
