About the Role

This role offers strategic weight, broad scope across portals, mobile, API, and integrations, and central importance to a growing product function. The products owned directly drive revenue and customer retention, providing visible commercial impact.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and develop a team of Product Managers and Product Designers, focusing on clear goals, removing blockers, and fostering a positive team culture.
  • Shape the strategy and roadmap for product lines, taking ownership of delivery and accountability for ongoing product performance.
  • Drive commercial outcomes by aligning product priorities with revenue goals in collaboration with commercial, ops, risk, and compliance teams.
  • Ensure efficient delivery operations by partnering with engineering for prioritization and managing go-live readiness and launch success.
  • Cultivate relationships with channel partners and suppliers to deepen integrations and expand product capabilities.
  • Champion data and AI by embedding KPIs and leading AI-driven product innovation.

Requirements

  • Experienced product leader with a track record of managing a multi-product portfolio in a fast-moving, complex environment.
  • Technically strong with knowledge of API ecosystems, B2B product development, and sophisticated UX for non-consumer audiences.
  • Commercially fluent, understanding pricing, positioning, and go-to-market strategies, and their impact on revenue.
  • People leader experienced in hiring, providing feedback, and building high-performing teams.
  • Able to maintain a 2-year strategic view while staying close to execution.
  • Confident operating in a regulated environment, with Fintech or SaaS experience preferred.
  • Strong communicator and influencer at senior levels, with internal stakeholders, external partners, and customers.
  • Genuinely curious about AI and its application to product, with a history of exploration and experimentation.
