About the Role
Join Big Mamma's kitchen teams in Central London as a Commis Chef – Hot Section, preparing authentic Italian dishes from scratch in a high-energy environment.
Responsibilities
- Prepare hot section dishes following authentic recipes and kitchen standards.
- Support the Chef de Partie and senior chefs during prep and service.
- Maintain high standards of hygiene, organisation, and food safety.
- Work efficiently during busy services with a positive, proactive mindset.
- Help create the best moment of our guests’ day through every plate.
Requirements
- Previous experience as a Commis Chef in a busy hot section.
- Strong teamwork and communication skills.
- Great energy and proactive attitude during service.
- Flexibility to work evenings and weekends.
- High-volume kitchen experience is a plus.
