About the Role

Supports facilities organization and workplace experience at a specific location, set of buildings, or campus environment. Responsible for the day-to-day implementation of policies, procedures, programs, hospitality services, and workplace services delivery to ensure a well-managed and well-maintained building, with an emphasis on client needs, environmental health and safety, hospitality, and quality programs.

Responsibilities

  • Ensure the day-to-day operations of the facility(s) or campus, including reception, events, janitorial, life-safety, engineering, site services, and general maintenance are implemented and carried out in a manner consistent with C&W policies and client directives.
  • Ensure a smooth and seamless employee and guest experience by communicating warmly, clearly, and effectively with employees, guests, employee hosts, and vendors.
  • Ensure coverage for the reception area during all business hours and assist employees.
  • Provide support for employees with Lost & Found and Luggage Management, adhering to operating procedures.
  • Perform general office duties, including sorting and delivering mail, outgoing shipping, wayfinding support, facilitating office tours, and assisting internal clients with logistics needs.
  • Provide a warm welcome to all visitors and ensure they are connected with their host, following badging protocol.
  • Support Executives and VIPs with meeting set up, catering, and supply needs.
  • Respond promptly to requests for building maintenance, repairs, and cleaning needs from building occupants.
  • Implement ongoing contract programs to address and resolve needs and problems under the direction of Regional Facilities Leadership.
  • Create and assign work orders to engineering staff, subcontractors, and vendors.
  • Report on open and closed work orders and check the status of open work orders.
  • Request, review, and submit work orders, bids, and proposals from vendors.
  • Verify final invoice pricing and process payments in a timely manner.
  • Monitor and ensure that tenants and vendors comply with insurance requirements and coordinate all claims.
  • Proactively inspect the facility, systems, rooms, and common areas, reporting findings or issues to Regional Facilities Leadership.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or equivalent from an accredited institution (required).
  • Customer service, hospitality, or reception experience (preferred).
  • Experience in security, facilities, or access control environments (preferred).
