About the Role

Valkai is seeking a Talent Associate to support ambitious hiring goals by delivering exceptional candidate experiences and supporting recruiting operations. This role offers hands-on experience across the full recruiting lifecycle for early-career professionals or those looking to transition into recruiting.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate interviews, onsites, and paid work trials end to end, owning every logistical detail from first scheduling email to debrief
• Own candidate experience from first touch to signed offer, ensuring a positive experience for all candidates
• Run recruiting operations in Ashby, including pipelines, scheduling, scorecards, and data analysis
• Contribute to top of funnel activities through sourcing, application review, and initial outreach
• Take ownership of talent projects and process improvements, such as referral programs and onboarding logistics, aiming to measurably increase speed
• Utilize AI tools across the entire workflow, embracing an AI-native approach
