About the Role
Support the board, management, and team in planning, implementing, and communicating network activities, team and member organization, political work, and communication. We are looking for energetic individuals with experience in certain sectors and familiarity with the startup and investor world.
Responsibilities
- Administrative support for the team in acquisition and partner management, organization.
- Coordination: Support in the implementation of (digital) internal processes and network events.
- Communication support: for marketing materials (e.g., presentations), email dispatches (newsletters, invitations, campaigns), etc.
- Bring in your additional skills in areas like social media, events, or digital automation.
Requirements
- Experience and/or completed commercial training, Bachelor's degree, or comparable qualification.
- Experience with the startup and early-stage ecosystem.
- Enthusiasm and curiosity for innovation and challenges.
- Experience in a startup, hub, incubator, accelerator, or similar environment is advantageous.
- High level of care in handling data.
- Practical experience with AI applications, CRM systems, etc.
- Very good communication skills in German.
- Self-initiative, quick comprehension, and structured way of working.
