About the Role

Johnson & Johnson is separating its Orthopaedics business to establish a standalone company, operating as DePuy Synthes. This role plays a critical leadership position within Deliver – Supply Chain & Operations (SC&O), with end-to-end accountability for outbound distribution and logistics execution supporting the Canadian market. The position partners closely with global, regional, and local stakeholders to deliver reliable, compliant, and scalable supply chain outcomes that directly support patient care and business growth.

Responsibilities

  • Provide end-to-end leadership for outbound distribution and logistics execution supporting the Canadian market, ensuring consistent service and regulatory compliance.
  • Lead cross-functional collaboration across Planning, Customer Service, Quality, Finance, and Commercial teams to optimize delivery performance and inventory outcomes.
  • Own performance management for key supply chain KPIs including service level, lead time, cost, and reliability, driving corrective actions as needed.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives across logistics and distribution processes using data-driven insights and structured problem-solving methodologies.
  • Ensure adherence to all applicable regulatory, quality, and compliance requirements across cross-border and distribution activities.
  • Lead and develop a high-performing team, fostering a culture of accountability, inclusion, and continuous learning.
  • Partner with external logistics providers and internal global teams to manage service agreements, performance, and risk mitigation.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree required (Supply Chain, Operations, Engineering, Business, or related field).
  • Significant progressive experience in supply chain, logistics, or operations leadership roles.
  • Demonstrated experience managing end-to-end distribution or logistics operations in a regulated environment.
  • Strong people-leadership experience with the ability to lead through influence in a matrixed organization.
  • Proven ability to analyze complex operational data and translate insights into action.
  • Limited travel, primarily North America.
  • English required; French proficiency preferred.
