About the Role

As a Nurse Liaison Manager, you will be an expert in the field, actively shaping the collaboration with the nursing community and our sales, medical, and marketing teams. We see ourselves as reliable partners for healthcare providers to jointly promote the best possible care for patients with Multiple Sclerosis.

Responsibilities

  • Inform and train nurses and doctors on the application of B-cell and IL6 therapies, including preparation, execution, and complication management.
  • Advise practices and clinics on optimizing operational processes related to our neuroimmunology products.
  • Support the implementation of our CE-certified medical devices (e.g., Brisa) for therapy support.
  • Plan and actively design local user meetings and best-practice sharing concepts, and moderate workshops.
  • Identify customer needs on-site and actively contribute insights to the Disease Area Squad.
  • Collaborate closely with all representatives from Customer Pacing Functions, Medical, Marketing, and Patient Partnership areas and support the creation of account plans.

Requirements

  • Completed training as a registered nurse, medical assistant, or comparable qualification with at least 4 years of professional experience, ideally in neurology.
  • Experience in the therapy of Multiple Sclerosis (MS), especially in dealing with MS patients.
  • Experience in managing practice workflows and instructing nursing staff (practice instructor).
  • Proficiency in handling peripheral venous cannulas, administering infusion therapies, and complication management.
  • Knowledge in quality management (QSM) and training as a medical device representative are advantageous.
  • High social competence, solution-oriented approach, initiative, and team spirit.
  • Proficient in Google Workspace/MS Office.
  • Valid driver's license.
