About the Role
Join our extraordinary team as a CRM Lifecycle Marketing Manager. You will own the end-to-end customer relationship management portfolio, from strategy to execution, thriving at the intersection of strategy, analytics, and creative execution. This role follows a hybrid schedule, with in-office work required on Wednesdays and Thursdays.
Responsibilities
- Own the portfolio strategy across the full customer journey, and drive growth in customer lifetime value through hardware sales and subscription services
- Design campaign strategies, optimize and ship multi-channel programs (email, in-app, push) across the customer journey
- Identify opportunities to build automated nurture journeys based on behavioural and transactional triggers
- Develop and execute testing roadmap to refine messaging, timing, segmentation and UX to optimize engagement and conversion rates
- Create segments using behavioural, demographic and event-based data, and personalize message content to enhance relevance and performance
- Analyze campaign performance, proactively report on campaign performance and key insights to stakeholders and leadership
- Partner with a variety of teams across the ecobee and Generac organization - Marketing, Product, Sales, Customer Support, Creative, and Analytics to create seamless, personalized customer experiences
- Champion the voice of the customer and ensure communications to existing customers drive value and advocacy
- Partner with the internal creative team to design and develop messaging for lifecycle campaigns
Requirements
- 4+ years of experience in lifecycle or customer base marketing/CRM
- Proven track record of building customer lifecycle programs from scratch that drive measurable impact on customer LTV
- Strong proficiency in CRM best practices and marketing automation technology (e.g. Salesforce Marketing Cloud, or other enterprise level CRM and email marketing tools)
- Proficiency in HTML and SQL is required to build, segment, and deploy data-driven lifecycle campaigns
- Working knowledge of CSS and AMPscript is considered an asset for advanced email styling and dynamic personalization
- Strong analytical skills, comfortable business casing new opportunities, forecasting growth, and measuring campaign performance
- Strong understanding of segmentation, personalization, and marketing automation
- Strong understanding of email list management, deliverability and compliance requirements and legislations such as CASL, CAN-SPAM and GDPR
- Demonstrated experience using tools such as Figma, FigJam, Miro, or similar collaboration platforms to visually design and communicate lifecycle strategies
- Collaborative cross-functional partner, who thrives in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent project management skills and ability to lead and manage a project from inception to completion
- Experience or curiosity about AI tools to enhance personalization, automation and performance is highly valued
- Experience and passion for Consumer Technology, e-commerce and subscription-based businesses is an asset
