About the Role
As a Senior Compiler Engineer on the AI Kernels & Compilers team, you will develop the compilation stack that transforms high-level models into optimized inference artifacts for autonomous and assisted driving platforms. You will contribute to a pipeline that enables ML engineers to compile models efficiently, focusing on optimizing throughput, model fidelity, and on-vehicle latency while building robust tooling for validation and performance diagnostics.
Responsibilities
- Build and evolve the model compilation toolchain for deploying large-scale perception, prediction, and planning models.
- Architect new compiler passes and analysis to improve build times, memory footprint, and runtime latency.
- Collaborate with kernels, runtime, and hardware teams to co-design interfaces and shape accelerator capabilities.
- Set standards and best practices for model export, validation, and debugging to ensure rapid iteration.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in the field of compilers.
- Experience with ML frameworks such as PyTorch, TensorFlow, or JAX.
- Experience with software stacks including ONNX, MLIR, XLA, TVM, or TensorRT.
