About the Role
Gensler’s Southeast Regional Marketing team is seeking a creative and collaborative Marketing Coordinator in Raleigh to support client development efforts. This role involves writing, designing, and producing proposals and presentations under the direction of senior staff to help the firm win work.
Responsibilities
- Design, write, and produce proposals, presentations, and marketing collateral in alignment with brand standards
- Participate in pursuit strategy and planning
- Develop new materials to support business development activities
- Perform multiple marketing efforts against rapid and frequent deadlines
- Maintain knowledge of the firm's portfolio, practice areas, and capabilities
- Manage resources and information systems including resumes and case stories
- Collaborate on special projects to elevate quality and contribute to win strategies
Requirements
- 0-3 years of professional experience in marketing or communications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Graphic Design, Journalism, Business, Architecture, or Interior Design
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organizational and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work with diverse teams in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in Adobe InDesign and Microsoft Office
- Submission of resume and portfolio, work sample, or writing sample
