About the Role

Rocking Horse Ranch Resort is seeking a Dishwasher to work with top Culinary Institute of America graduates in a fast-paced, high-production kitchen serving up to 500 guests per meal. The ideal candidate is a self-starter, motivated, and demonstrates impeccable sanitation and safety standards. This is an afternoon/evening position.

Responsibilities

• Wash dishes and maintain kitchen sanitation standards.

Requirements

• Working knowledge of a kitchen environment, including operating equipment and safety and sanitation practices.
• Ability to communicate with fellow employees and management to ensure operational needs are met.
• Flexible schedule, with weekend and holiday availability required.
