About the Role
This is a Disability Hiring position requiring Certification for Person with Disability at the interview process.
Responsibilities
- Conduct credit assessments for applicants in compliance with applicable laws and regulations to acquire high-quality card members and mitigate potential future risks.
- Manage end-to-end processes related to new card issuance, including data entry, document handling, scanning, and card delivery setup, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to enhance the customer experience for new customers.
