About the Role
Tétris, a leading European interior fit-out company and a subsidiary of JLL, is seeking a Project Cost Estimator for interior fit-out projects. This role involves contributing to a European success story within a company experiencing strong growth and operating in 14 countries.
Responsibilities
- Independent calculation of fit-out trades, overarching offers, and change orders.
- Determination of cost estimates, costs, and quantities, and preparation of specifications.
- Evaluation of bids and conducting technical discussions with suppliers and subcontractors.
- Support of bid presentations and contract negotiations in collaboration with project management.
Requirements
- High problem-solving competence and entrepreneurial thinking with team and communication skills.
- Strong performance orientation.
- Minimum of 3 years of professional experience in new build or renovation projects.
- Very good organizational skills, a high degree of initiative, decisiveness, and quality awareness, as well as clear and binding communication.
- Good German and English language skills.
