About the Role

As a Data Scientist Sr. within the Technology organization, you will lead the implementation of analytical projects, leveraging structured and unstructured data to extract actionable business insights and drive product and process optimization.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the implementation of analytical projects using structured and unstructured data.
  • Direct data gathering, processing, and mining of large, complex datasets.
  • Develop algorithms using advanced mathematical and statistical techniques like machine learning.
  • Lead analytical experiments to identify opportunities for product and process optimization.
  • Present business insights to management using visualization technologies and data storytelling.
  • Partner with Data Architects, Analysts, Engineers, and Visualization Experts to develop data-driven solutions.
  • Maintain a customer-focused approach to business decisions.
  • Manage risks associated with business objectives in accordance with the Enterprise Risk Management Framework.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of industry-relevant experience.
  • PNC will not provide sponsorship for employment visas or participate in STEM OPT.
  • Position is subject to requirements of Section 19 of the Federal Deposit Insurance Act.
  • Position may be subject to SAFE Act or FINRA requirements regarding criminal history.
