About the Role
Rainbow Centre envisions a world where persons with disabilities are empowered, included, and thriving in inclusive communities. We are seeking Care Facilitators to join our new Day Activity Centre for adults with disabilities. The Care Facilitator is a key support role that assists in the delivery of daily activities and routines for persons with disabilities.
Responsibilities
- Provide hands-on support during daily activities, routines, transitions, meals, and personal care to enable safe and meaningful participation for clients.
- Support clients’ physical, emotional, and social wellbeing by ensuring safety, dignity, and adherence to care and safeguarding procedures at all times.
- Prepare and maintain activity materials, equipment, and environments to ensure they are safe, orderly, and conducive to engagement and learning.
- Observe client participation and progress, complete required documentation accurately using digital systems, and promptly report concerns or incidents to supervisors.
Requirements
- Experience working with clients with disabilities is preferred but not essential.
- On-the-job training will be provided.
Education Level
- Minimum “N” Level / 3 “O” Level passes / partial ”A” Level / fresh NITEC with pass in English
